Step 2: Connect to the Network

Camera Wi-Fi requirements

Change to Wi-Fi with a strong signal, and enter the correct Wi-Fi password.

The problems below may lead camera failing to connect to the network. Please check and reset

If the wireless router is dualband, please check whether the camera is connecting to 5G Wi-Fi. Please change to 2.4G Wi-Fi
2、
Camera doesn't support commercial WPA/WPA2 Wi-Fi. Please choose another Wi-Fi

If the Wi-Fi is in Bridge Mode, it may lead to an unstable Wi-Fi. We suggest connecting to a wireless router
