Step 1: Prepare the base station

Prepare the base station and get ready to add the device.

Step 2: Plug in the base station

Please plug in the base station

Check the green indicator on top of the base station.

Is it blinking?

The green indicator isn't blinking

Please plug in the base station again to make sure it is properly connected to the outlet;

Please press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds, until hear beeping.

Step 3: Initiate configuration mode

Please press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds,

until hear beeping.

Not hearing the beeping sound?
1、
Please plug in the base station again to make sure it is properly connected to the outlet;
2、
Please press and hold the SET button on the base station (to reset it) until you hear a beeping.

Step 4: Select a network

Select the desired Wi-Fi for the base station

Doesn’t support 5G and commercial Wi-Fi. More

Proceed to the next step
if no password is required for the Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi requirements

Select Wi-Fi with a strong signal. Enter the correct Wi-Fi password to connect the base station to the network.

Please avoid the problems indicated below as they can cause base station network connection failure:

In case you are using a dual-bank router, please make sure the base station is connected to 2.4GHz  Wi-Fi rather than 5GHz;
2、
Please select a Wi-Fi other than commercial WPA/WPA2 Wi-Fi due to incompatibility;
3、
Bridge-connected Wi-Fi may lead to unstable network connection. Non bridge-connected Wi-Fi is recommended;
4、
Check whether the Wi-Fi search is turned on, and if so, it may cause network connection failures in the base station. You may temporarily turn off the Wi-Fi search and restore it after the base station has successfully connected to a network.
Are you sure there's no password?

Step 5: Connect to the network

Increase the volume on your phone volume and  ensure the phone is held close to the base station.

Step 6: Connect to a network

Click "Send Sound Wave" button Connect the base station to Wi-Fi Sending Sound Waves… After the transmission has been completed, Wait for the base station to send the "beep" prompt Please tap the "Send Sound Wave" button again in case you don’t hear the beeping
Please increase the volume on your phone.
Fail to get "Didi" sound.

Please increase the volume on your phone in a quiet environment, so that the  base station can hear the sound wave;

Please make sure to input the correct Wi-Fi password;

Start the Video doorbell

Press and hold the doorbell switch for at least five seconds

until you hear the alert ring
