[1] Check if the signal base station status light is flashing green normally.
If the signal base station status light is not flashing green, press and hold the SET button until the signal base station flashes green.
[2] Make sure the WiFi account and password are correct.
It is likely that the WiFi account and password you connected to the signal base station are incorrect, resulting in the signal base station being unable to connect to the network. Pay particular attention to the presence of spaces, and try to avoid complex and uncommon characters.
[3] Determine if the binding failure is caused by the router settings.
1) The router is set to prevent hacking
If the WiFi connected to the signal base station is equipped with a hack prevention network (black and white lists, MAC address filtering, etc.), then the signal base station will be unable to connect to the network. The router's hack prevention network settings must be canceled.
2) The router is set at 5GHz wireless WiFi.
The signal base station does not support 5G WiFi. Please open the router management page (the address of the management page is usually found on the label on the bottom of the router), and select the wireless setting 2.4GHz.

[5] Other reasons.
1) If the router is set to bridge mode, the connection will fail because the WiFi signal is unstable. It is not recommended to use bridge mode WiFi when the signal base station is connected to the network.
2) If you are a campus/enterprise user, and the school/company assigned static IP to each student/employee, you must enter the static IP information manually to access the Internet. Presently, the signal base station networking does not support this situation and other available WiFi connections need to be selected.
